I needed to exchange an item, and it ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. The replies were slow, and the steps weren’t super clear, so I had to figure out a lot as I went. It did get sorted in the end, but it wasn’t a great experience.

The cord is decent overall, and it gets the job done, but it didn’t exactly sweep me off my feet. The quality seems okay, though a few strands felt kind of rough, which was a tiny bit disappointing. Not a total disaster, just not perfect either...

The paracord colors look really nice, and there are plenty of options to choose from. A few of the descriptions were helpful, but I still felt like I had to sorta guess on some of the details before deciding.

I was disappointed with the color selection. There just weren’t many options, and I couldn’t find the shades I actually needed. Like, how is this okay when color choice is kind of the whole point?

I ordered what looked like a bright teal in the pictures, but what showed up was more of a dull green. The cord itself works fine, so no complaints there, but the color was nowhere near what I expected. It kind of feels like the goalposts moved between the product photos and what actually arrived...

It wasn’t anything over the top, just a smooth and hassle-free experience. Based on how they handled this most recent order issue, I’d definitely buy from them again, I’ll just be checking my cart a little more carefully next time.

I ordered a big batch of cord and buckles for a scout project, and it was hassle-free. Everything came in three boxes, packed well enough, and the colors looked like what I picked online, which was a relief. One roll ended up being backordered, but they emailed me quickly and swapped it out without making it a whole thing. Prices were solid for buying in bulk, too. I’d order from them again.

I ordered some paracord and thought it would ship out a lot faster. The website was easy to use, so no complaints there, but my package just sat around for days before it actually moved. It ended up taking longer than I planned for. The paracord was totally fine once it arrived, I’m just a bit annoyed about the delay. Not a terrible experience, but if I needed something fast, I’d probably think twice.

The paracord was wrapped neatly, everything was easy to sort through, and it just made the whole thing way less annoying. It’s such a simple thing, but seriously, I appreciate when a package arrives looking like someone actually cared. I’d definitely order again.
